Since 2003, Bruce has built a strong reputation for helping clients uncover hidden value through strategic lease structuring, detailed financial analysis, and results-oriented negotiation.

As Managing Director of the Pasadena office, Bruce is known for his full-service approach and creative dealmaking. He has represented a wide array of professional clients—from law firms and financial institutions to creative agencies and architectural firms—handling leases and sales from 1,000 SF to 100,000 SF. Bruce's attention to detail and ability to match real estate strategies with a client’s business goals consistently result in optimized transactions.

A foundational figure at KW Commercial since its launch in 2008, Bruce helped establish several key commercial divisions across Greater Los Angeles, including Brentwood, Los Feliz, Pasadena, and Downtown LA. He has served on both the KW International Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and various Regional ALCs, cementing his role as a trusted mentor and national voice within the company.
