Duncan Chapman leads KW Commercial’s Government Services Division with a wealth of experience spanning public, private, and global real estate strategy. A licensed broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Duncan has spent over 30 years managing transactions for institutional clients, government agencies, and global corporations.

Before founding KW Government Services, Duncan was Senior Vice President at The Staubach Company, where he led high-stakes projects across the U.S. and internationally. He has advised clients such as Texas Instruments, Cisco Systems, and Kaman Aerospace—at one point managing a portfolio exceeding 22 million square feet.

Duncan also serves as the Managing Broker of Northeast Solutions and is a retired Colonel, bringing leadership and discipline to every project. He currently serves as Commissioner on the Devens Enterprise Commission, reinforcing his civic commitment.
