Joe DeCola brings more than 20 years of leadership, deal execution, and entrepreneurial experience to his role as National Director of Retail for KW Commercial. With a career that spans multiple regions and sectors, Joe has held executive positions with leading real estate firms and built a legacy of performance through innovation and strategic vision.

Based in San Antonio, Joe currently leads the KW Commercial Retail Division, where he provides national leadership for agents and clients navigating the complexities of retail site selection, lease negotiation, and property investment. His hands-on experience includes managing retail teams, advising on shopping center redevelopment, and directing brokerage operations across Texas and Indiana.

Prior to joining KW Commercial, Joe served as Vice President at NAI Partners and Director of Brokerage Performance at Retail Solutions. His earlier roles include Vice President of Brokerage Services at Bradley Company and Managing Partner at Bellinsetto Corporation. His deep industry knowledge is backed by a track record of helping tenants, landlords, and investors optimize outcomes across regional and national markets.
