Joe currently leads KW Commercial’s Development Division, where he brings decades of experience in real estate cycles, capital structuring, and land sourcing. His recent focus: a $150M land bank initiative aimed at identifying high-opportunity sites across America’s top 10 growth markets. His efforts are fueled by the intelligence and reach of the KW network.

Beyond real estate, Joe has launched two award-winning technology companies and is a frequent contributor to thought leadership in the commercial development space. He remains active as a broker to keep a finger on the market pulse and leads with the same passion that made KW a global powerhouse.

Joe lives in Austin with his wife, Janine. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, wing shooting, and spending time with their grandchildren.
