Ty Martin brings a versatile and client-centered approach to his role as Director of the Leasing Representation Division at KW Commercial. With a background in finance, marketing, and business administration, Ty leverages his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University to help clients make well-informed decisions in both commercial and residential leasing.

Based in Charlotte and Mooresville, North Carolina, Ty’s expertise spans all real estate asset classes. He advises tenants, landlords, and investors alike—offering full-service support across lease negotiation, site selection, and long-term planning.

Outside the office, Ty is the founder of Athletes United Lacrosse, where he trains student-athletes and guides families through recruitment. A proud competitor on the Hungarian National Lacrosse Team, he brings the same drive and discipline to every real estate engagement.
